Ms. Olivia Cunning is one hell of a writer! This has been my first reading by her and let me say this won’t be my last. Now, as you can google the date this book came out – let me tell you this has been on my to be read list for quite some time. I’m happy to day that I pulled it out my TBR and opened the cover some “magically delicious” writing. If you have not tried your hand at reading Ms. Cunning’s work, please do so at my request. She is brilliant.

The books by line says it all… “Love, Sex, and Rock ‘n’ Roll…” but what it doesn’t say is that within these pages is some very hot, very erotic, very leave you breathless reading material. You will find yourself panting, drooling a little, cheering and down right out turned on by Brian and Myrna’s story.

The story has great depth to it. It is just not about rock and roll and groupies. Or even about hot, wicked naughty sex. This story has some meat to (and I am not just talking about the band members lol). The story line will make you turn the pages so fast you might hurt your fingers, lol

Myrna is a professor who’s degree happens to be human sexuality but when she has a chance meeting of seeing her favorite band of all time in a hotel bar one night, she does not realize that one night will change her entire world forever. She has been presenting and attending seminars at a convention when she is just about to call it quits for the night… but when she sees Master Sinclair face down on the hotel bar’s floor… well, who is she to walk away from an opportunity to unwind, lol.

Brian is so drunk, he’s not even sure if he is sitting down, laying down, or two steps away from retching everything up. He’s miserable, physically and emotionally. Being in a band makes it difficult to find a quality woman much less one who will not cheat on you with all your band buddies. But that is why he is plastered on the hotel bar floor – because someone broke his heart. But a chance meeting with a woman who has the potential to flip his world upside down could go down the drain if he can’t sober up long enough to remember her room number.

These two do not realize how much alike they are until – piece by piece they start to I peel each layer of their life to each and are stripped bared. But will exposing all skeletons in their closet be enough to keep them together – Brian can surely hope so. Or will things in Myrna’s closet keep her at arms length away from Brian.

This story will keep you on your toes and each band member, as you get to know them, will plague your heart. They are made family, five men together on the road. Always having each other’s back, no matter what. But when one of them has a sweet, tender heart what will they do to protect him from himself and the demise of a woman. Such an awesome story. And I promise by the end of the book – you will want to find that person that will write a song on your body after making love! Just saying!

My disclaimer is normally here, but it has been a while, I will just say that this is a short read anddddd I will warn you – if you have something against some man on man loving, this story might not be for you – or if you want to try for the first time… you might want to grab this one as your first…. You might enjoy it 🙂 Now, let’s gets on with the review! I did receive this book for my honest thoughts 🙂

Ms. Jodi’s stories have the capability to lure you in with shimmers of lust, hints of desire and splashes of smutty talk. Her stories also have heartache, raw emotions that will make you hurt and in some stories, they have a past you want to leave behind. But if you leave the past behind and never accept or embrace it, you never become who you are truly meant to be. Just ask the heroine of this story. Ms. Jodi’s craft of creating these worlds in which you want to wrap yourself around will leave you breathless. Sometimes, it will leave you hot and bothered and every once in a while it may leave you wanting to slap the shit out of someone. But no matter how they leave you, you will leave with a smile.

Kayla is woman who has been cut to the core by people who have claimed to love her. She has had enough of people hurting her and of feeling like a disappointment to them. With her career at a stand still, she knows that she has to get away and regroup. An opportunity presents itself for her to leave her cold, lonely Detroit home to head to sunny side Florida. Kayla knows the trip will ease her soul and hopefully loosen her fingers to let the words flow… She writes smutty stories 😉 Well, at least she did… until her mojo died – along with her relationship with her mother and ex-fiance. But the vacation she is about to journey on will change her world…

Tyler & Gibb have been best friends forever. They have been there for each other through everything… A rough divorce for Gibb’s and for Tyler… well, Gibb has watched him screw everything that walked in a skirt. But one night, things changed the dynamics of their friendship. For the better or worst, no one would talk about it. They just don’t talk about the white elephant in the room… Nope, they live together, work together but do NOT talk about that night… But when they find Kayla, their biggest crush from high school/college, will be sharing the same roof with them for a while… Well, things change… for the better or worst – only time will tell.

When Kayla finds out that she will be sharing a house with her best friends brother and his best friend, her smutty ideas for her story start to go into overdrive. These are two men that she has lusted after for a very long time and to find out that she will sharing a house with them…Well, let’s just say that writing a story on three people getting their freak on isn’t such a hardship when she has those two to stare at… The only problem is making sure they do not find out about her ideas… Or will lose lips sink friendships… Is Kayla willing to risk three friendships that she has come to count on, or will she throw caution to the wind to see where the ships will sail…

Like my disclaimer states, if you are not into man on man loving, you might want to rethink this story. But you might want to rethink it for another reason, a reason to read this one. This story is wickedly crafted and three ways delicious! Kayla, Tyler and Gibb will consume you until the last page… and just remember Ms. Jodi has another story (I am hoping it is Tyler’s sister, Bailey! I am dying to know what is going on with her and Dane and…… hehehehe) coming… So hang in there! 🙂

Hello ladies and gents… Let me start off by saying that I have not read this series in order. I use to have a thing about reading series books in order and I still kinda do but when Fatin (Jaci’s right hand woman) asked me to review this…. Of course I jumped on Grayson… I mean the story lol, right away. ((There was no bribery involved – I mean seriously have you seen these covers)) I grabbed this one up so fast… **Oh, Dont tell me you wouldn’t do the same thing, lol** Each of these stories have their own story to tell with each one packed with heat and action… More of which, I cannot say, lol.

Okay, now onto the story… Ms. Jaci rocked my racing world. I am not even a racing fan but I have to admit that after (hell, while reading) I wanted to catch a glimpse of a race. She was very vivid with describing the environments that she puts me in. She grabs a hold of you and makes you want to know more… All the way until the last page! I also have to give it to her for me not reading in order, I never felt lost in this series nor did I feel when she introduced other guys in the story. Ms. Jaci has crafted a story that has intrigued me and enticed me… But she also made me feel the heat of the track and the fire these two characters bring to the pages.

Grayson is a man who is used of high speeds, tight curves and easy women. His childhood was a privileged one but not an easy one by a long shot. Having a father being in the spotlight all the time, never knowing if he is going to be there for those dad moments as a dad or as the politician. His father wanted him to follow in his footsteps but he had other plans… And let’s just say that his father did not agree with Grayson’s idea of his future. But owning his own race team and being in the top of his game, or should I say car… has put Grayson in the spotlight – one he might not want to find himself in. But the person he will have to work side by side with might prove to be the death of him…

Evelyn is a straight laced kinda woman. She loves to have a good time but her job comes first, always. Which means, normally there is no free time to enjoy herself… But her new assignment might prove to be more than she can handle. Her goal is set on The White House, to run herself but for right now, she is content to get Grayson’s father in as Vice-President. But for her achieve that, she has to widen his political voter base. In order to do that, she thinks by tapping into his son’s racing fan base will boost his numbers… She is ready to give anything a try once! But the price she might have to pay in order to get those numbers might prove to break all of her rules…

I cannot tell a lie… These two are on fire from the moment they meet. You see the sparks flying, you see the heat radiating off each other, you see the underlying passion burning… But you also see some past hurt surface, heart breaks are faced and you see a relationship mend. This story has everything but it really has some smoking hot freaking, raw, wild, passionate loving. If you are experiencing some cold temps right now… This book is a must read to warm your ass up! But be warned because this book will heat up more than your engine! 😉 These two go round and round and seem to always be on fire. But I will say that Ms. Jaci did give me quite a scare but she rectified that by an event that just blew me away! But the question is… Will a wreck happen off the track or on the tracks… To find out… You need One Sweet Ride with Grayson and Evelyn! Enjoy! I sure did!

On a side note, I have been buried in school books lately… so this was definitely a great pleasure reading book for me!!!! Thanks Jaci & Fatin!

For those of you that know me… and those that don’t this is my little statement about short books…. I do not judge short stories on the rush of their relationships, because they are just that – short stories. So, yes the relationships always could have been drawn out more, yea it seems like they fall in love to fast and of course the story could have been made longer… but it is a short story. So with that said…. here is my review…

With this being a short story, I do not want to give to much away. This is my first story by Ms. Jones but I am hoping this won’t be my last. She has created a world which intrigued me and delighted me but also scared me a bit. She crafted this story to make you want to see the revenge carried out but as you read, you will see that things truly are not what they seem…

Since this is a short story… the development of the story is short and it will leave you wanting more… Only because the story has so many twists and turns that you would want to know more… but what Ms. Jones gives you will be enough to satisfy you… The beast of the story will come out and the ending will shock you… but the characters… Well, they made the story what it is…

Morgan’s life took a turn for the worst the day her sister was murdered… All the purpose and joy of her life extinguished. Her life changed forever…. Where there was love is now replaced by revenge. She is determined to dish out exactly what was dished out to her sister… She wanted to hurt the man who she believed brutally murdered her twin sister…. What she never counted on was the monster that killed her sister…. He is a twin himself… So are things really what they seem to be…

Conall’s life was not all happiness and sunshine, but he was doing okay for himself. After hearing what his brother had done back in the States, he wanted like hell to believe it was not true… Hoping to drown out the night with a few beers at the local pub Conall’s life would never be the same after a fiery red headed woman turned his night upside down, inside out…

Review: Stealing Fate by Berinn Rae
Let me start off my review by saying that I received an ARC of this book from Ms. Dane! Okay, that is out the way… The next thing I will say is I have been following Ms. Dane on this series since the first book Laid Bare with Erin, Todd and Ben… That is where you meet the whole family that you will come to think of as your own… Then you read Coming Undone with Brody (oh dear Sweet Baby Jesus this man has plagued my dreams) and Elise (she is a sweetheart too)…. And you just simply fall in love with each and every one of them… Then you will read Inside Out with Ella and Andrew and your heart will melt… Then you read Never Enough with Gillian and Adrian and you are really invested in a family that stays together…No.Matter.What! And then you become addicted and read the Delicious series too meet the other friends and family…

This is a series that Ms. Dane has devoted a lot to and it shows. No one is ever left out or put to the side with her stories but they do not over crowd the story. She has created a family that is so rich with love that the bond is as easy to see as the tats they wear. These stories are simply amazing and will break your heart, tear your defenses down, build up your love of all things family. These stories will make you tear up, sniffle a little but mostly they will make you fall in love.

I have waited for Raven’s story… She is not a Brown by blood, but she is family. You get a sense from the other stories that Raven is a hard core bitch that has a past that could eat you for breakfast and spit you out. You are left with a sense that she is not to be messed with; you will not be inviting her over to have a glass of wine with you nor will you be asking her over to your house warming party. She gives off the impression that she is not to be fucked with. If she wants to include you in her life, she will include you – if she doesn’t… then don’t try! But I knew there was more to Raven than meets the eye. I knew she had a past that hurt her, scared her even but I also knew that she has a soul so intense that once she found that person to love and accept her for herself, all hell would break loose… even her rules!

I was not disappointed! Raven’s story is all I thought it was and so much more. Ms. Dane crafted Raven’s story as it should have been told. Raven’s story was perfect… Tear jerking, throat punching, heart tearing, hot sexing, raw emotions and just perfect. Raven’s story is told in true Raven class.

I love Raven. She is hard core but I love her to death. She is raw but a raw that you will admire. She is a woman that goes after the jugular when you come after her. But when you get past that layer that is rough and bitchy you see the true Raven. The one that loves fiercely with all she has… She is use to the love them and leave them kinda relationships and that is cool with her… and normally with her partners as well… But because of her past, she has built walls around her heart that are the size of the Mississippi River. She has put rules in place to protect herself… But when she meets Jonah, it seems all those rules get broken and it seems Jonah has learned to swim the great Mississippi! But letting someone in has not been Raven’s strong point…. Is Jonah worth having her rules broken… or will Raven’s past come back to haunt her…

Jonah is a man in his prime… His daughter is going away to college, his practice is doing great…. He is a man that is not used to being told No. He is used to getting what he wants, when he wants it. He is not an obnoxious asshole kinda guy. He is actually quite the opposite, he is a man who helps and serves his community. He loves his family and is very devoted to his daughter. He does have an ex-wife who is a piece of work though… I will let you meet her yourself because believe me… (((psssttt when Raven meets her, it is priceless))) you will want to bitch slap the shit out of her… You would think that Jonah’s mother would be the woman you would want to bitch slap, but she is a woman who will do anything to protect her family. Jonah is a man that wants what he wants… remember… well, he set his sights on Raven but will Raven cave to him…. or will her bullheaded self keep him at arm’s length…

Just having Raven’s story told just as it was – was very….. Perfect. Ms. Lauren pushed boundaries that were set in stone, she tore open old wounds, and she broke my heart – but she put it back together after it all was over. Raven’s story is not all rainbows and unicorns. If you want pretty, neat and hot romance – this is not your story….. But if you want deep, raw, passionate, messy, lovely, humbling, to the core deep with loyalty – this is your story. Raven is not one to sit and tell you all about herself, she is not one to just open up and let you in… Nope. She will make you work for it. For her. And you should because she is just that worth it.

Watching Raven fall in love was priceless. Her heart break was painful but watching her grow and learn to become the woman she is today was all worth it. And Johan – well….. He was an added bonus. A hot bonus but ohhhhhh so delightful.

Ms. Lauren, I commend you on Raven’s story. It was well worth the wait….

This series is an amazing series and I urge you to read them all… Not urge… demand you to read them all.

Let me just start this review by saying that I fell in love with this story! Ms. Selena did a remarkable job at creating The WhitePaw Pack world. She created a world where I felt like I was in the middle of that world…. She kept me alert, worried, intrigued… Hell, she kept me baited for the next word… the next action… And hell, when Kaden took out the ties to put around Ava’s hands in the backseat of his truck…. Consider me a wanton woman! (Bet I snagged your interest huh, lol!)

Selena crafted a story that will keep you turning the pages, wanting to learn more about these two characters… Wanting to know why Kaden feels like he should be the Alpha of the pack… but you will also here Ava’s side of the story and why, as a woman and the daughter of the pack leader, she feels the job should be hers. But she knows that she is going up against years, hell, generations of men always being the leader of the pack. She feels that she has been trained to be the leader of the pack, always putting pack before her and her own life. Because that is what a leader does!

But what happens when life gets in the way of what you are going after? Do you give up. Do you allow someone else to steal your dreams? Do you fight for what you believe is truly yours? But what happens when the matters of the heart get in the middle and really puts the screws to you? We have all been there… wanting something so bad we can taste it. Wanting something with such a fever that it is all you have known… the goal you are trying to obtain – at any cost!

Ava has always felt like that. Always putting the Pack before her own life. Making sure that she was there for her father – to do Pack business. Hell, she can’t remember the last date she had. But maybe she can’t remember the last date she had because she has someone on her mind she shouldn’t be thinking about. But wanting the spot at being alpha of the pack is all she has ever known. Being groomed to be the leader. Or so that is what she thought. What happens when she is faced with possibly having to give up her goal of being Pack leader to the man that privately owns her heart?

Kaden did not have a true family, but being taken under the wing of the Alpha of the WhitePaw Pack was the next best thing. He felt at home… at peace. But knowing that one day Ava’s dad would be passing down his title of Alpha of the pack has Kaden on high alert because he knows that he is not the only wolf that has their eye on that job. His competition is the one woman that can damn him to hell… Really… The one woman who has his heart in her hands but has no idea. What happens when the position is within arm reaches to only be thought to be given to someone else? Kaden knows the Alpha better than anyone, but when calling someone’s bluff make sure you have the best hand in the house because all bets could be off the table. Including the woman that he knows is his mate.

These two make this story explosive. If there was explosions in this story, they would probably be the reason they went off. Kaden and Ava have a thick, tension that carries throughout the story but it is a tension that has desire and lust dripping off of it. They spar with each other, they can cut each other down in a matter of minutes, but their hidden emotions for each other is what I found so precious. But don’t get comfortable with the word precious because when these two finally realize what is going on, it is anything but precious. Hot, smoldering, raw, sizzling, powerful. And a few other words that I would probably get beeped out for saying, lol!

If you get this story, I promise you will not regret it… This story is worth losing a few hours of sleep (because I lost some trying to finish it in two nights, lol). Just saying! Selena, you know you are my werewolf weakness now – right!??!

I will start this off by saying that I have read the first and second book of this freaking amazing series and I am honored to read the third.

Mr. Wade, you have done it again… You have enthralled me to Kane’s story once again. Wade has a craft of writing these stories in such a way that your need to finish the book and know what happened will over ride your need for sleep to finish it. Wade has created a story so thick with a twisted family bond – that no matter what – you know that taking care of what is yours is just what you do. The power of his words will strike you at your core, the storyline will grip your heart strings and make you scream for justice. Once again, I found myself at the mercy of each page and wanting to know what was going to happen.

Kane Silver is a normal man… He does not possess any super powers or abnormal traits. He is just a man… like every other man, he just wants justice. He has been through hell and back and back again. But has survived it all. He knows that your own personal demons can be the death of your soul… He also knows that extracting those demons could prove to end life as you know it. But is it worth it… Hell yes. Kane has three men in his life that he would die for… His best friends, brothers if you will. Si’ Ling, Valentino Lopez and Hank. And through this story, you will see just how dangerous it is to get rid of the demons that haunt you…

But the story is not just about Kane and his band of brothers… Nope, this story is so riveting, so dark and dangerous that you just might be glad you are on the outside looking in. This story is about a man, his wife and his child… and what Kane can do for them. The blurb hints at the bases of the story… There is a child molester out on the loose… And he has his prey in sight. In fact, he has been planning this hunt for a while now. And to not be able to protect your child from the dangers that lurk around…. well, let’s just say that is a blow no man wants to take.

This story will take you to the dark side of what happens to a family after… The pain, the agony, the despair. The black side of the soul will burn till there is no more to burn. The taste of revenge is great but at what cost will you go to get it. The people of this story will go through hell and back, but can they stay together long enough to get to the end… Can money truly buy you happiness?

My final thoughts on this story is that Wade – you have done it again… The cast is the same, my four men on a mission… but the storyline is fresh and very gripping. Wade made me go into a world in which I was not sure I wanted to go into when I read the first few pages… And I even read his “Special note from the author” and was still kinda leery… But Wade has a way about his writing that will make you want to read, make you want to push the envelope, make you want to make sure that justice was done and somebody got there asses handed to them. But the real reason for me loving these stories is the way Wade has written Kane Silver… The man to which I have come to have a special place in my heart for…. Wade is the only man I know that will make me fall in love with a book that is NOT about romance. And if you know my name… You know this is saying a lot! I know most of you are romance readers, but I promise you… if you pick up this series, you will fall in love with a man named Kane Silver.

Wade, once again, my hat goes off to you for an incredible journey with the four men I have come to think of as my own private warriors and true heroes! Ohhh and I saw at your website that there is more to come… I look forward to the ride.

After reading A Wild Night’s Bride… I needed more of this series. Ms Vane has created a cast of characters that you will want to… need to… have to get to know more of. She has taken an era in time and transported you back to that time. She will wrap you in a saga of family and friends that are driven by things you will discover page by page… You will see their drama, their suspense, their lust, their passion, but most of all you will see their love… Ms. Vane crafts each story to twist your heart, turn up the heat and make you believe…. This story is no different…

Continuing the saga… This is the story of Ned’s daughter, Vesta. She is used to getting her way – all the time. With her mother passing and being raised by her father and her mother’s sister… She was given every whim she possibly had… Some would go so far as to call her a brat. Welcome peeps… Let me say that this is my first story by Ms. Silence! And since you know me to be a hussy… this cover… Oh man… Then add the blurb… Oh man did I want to read this story. I was a little leary of the storyline… One woman handling at least five men… Hot, delicious, ripped, skilled men… But let me say that Silence made this story work and work very well it did!!

This is a short story, so I can’t give away to much… But I will tell you that Cait is a delight to read. She is a real size woman, with a job that would destroy most women. She is so down to earth but knows what she wants… The issue is she can’t have what she truly wants… Or can she…

The men of the U.K. Kink house love Cait like she belonged to all of them… But only one has apparently staked his claim… Oliver… He is all sorts of wickedly, hot dreams. He knows the rules of the house, but tell that to the rules of his heart… He knows one woman who gets his kink… But the question is… Can he get the woman and keep the job at the same time..

These two make quite a pair… but what make this even more exciting is the other men in the house. They add to the story but do not take away from Oliver and Cait story. They bring their own personality to the story and share in the love with Cait and Oliver. The delicious tale of these two is worth the read… Preferably before bed 😉

Silence gave each her characters a spicy attitude and tempting story line (hint hint)… She wrote the story with a fresh voice. Every line was a delight to read… Her words were laced with desire, but a hint of dread, spiced with heat that will catch the pages on fire… Each page drips with a hint of sexy and at the end of the story… U will be oK with all the Kinks! 🙂

I found this one on my iPad and decided to give it a go…. New to Brandi Michael’s writing, I was thoroughly pleased. I will be on the look out for more to come from her. This is a short story but one that will send a jolt of pleasure through you.
